6: Magic Questions:

  • What did I do to make this a powerful, positive experience for you?
  • Did anything interfere with your experience?

5. Emerge

One – remembering the positive experiences

Two – feeling wonderful

Three – take a deep breath, open your eyes, come back to the room.

4. Do something positive

Inside your mind, go to a place where you keep pleasures of all kinds. Smile when you’re there.

Choose an event or activity that brought you real pleasure, joy, happiness … Smile when you’ve chosen

Now, step into that experience. See what you saw then, hear what you heard then, think what you thought then, feel what you felt then. Smile when you’re there.

Re-live this experience as fully as you can. BE there! <give them a while to enjoy it>

3. Deepen

External attention => Internal attention

Feet, hands, bum

Heat, weight, comparisons

Conscious => unconscious

2. Induction – 11 words. Memorize this one.

Do you want to be hypnotized by me?

Do you want to be hypnotized now?

<this is a “yes set”>

Command response:
